Dear friends , Need some guidance here.Im not sure if im stressed or depressed or both.Not able to perform my job as good as I want. Not sleeping well.On top of that there is a real chance of losing my job as performance tiers were not like previous years.Feeling some sort of physical pain everytime I start working.All the drama around is affecting me.My spouse thinks that I’m hyping this stress so that makes me a little more helpless.Not sure if I need treatment therapy or request some time off

There are different compensation models for different offerings, and sometimes within them. It depends on the role but also your specific skills. Campus hire analyst salaries don’t vary that much but salary progression will eventually

Not sure, but am in tech, 110k base, 3 yoe for ref. maybe some strat folks can chime in

Why would they?
yeah, this is not what I am used to either... wonder if the salary difference is driven by supply and demand
Human Capital is compensated less than Legacy tech offerings — even though most of us work in/deliver in/ grow tech and tech adjacent markets. I don’t think the old arguments (that clients pay more for tech / won’t pay for HC) still hold for why we have different models, especially since most of our deliveries are “green dot”
