Not really anymore. Some people still have big ones, I’m sure, but they’re not the crazy things they used to be.
Varies year to year based on overall numbers and performance.
People have learned to keep it chill at the office holiday parties. And let your hair down at the after parties when it’s just the kids an no bosses around.
Not this year. Have in the past but with margins lower every year and targets creeping higher every year, justifying the expense for a single blowout party becomes harder and harder.
Depends on the agency.
Some do, some definitely don’t.
The large holding companies usually do.
The big ones do...especially if they invite key clients. There's also a trend with some spending the money on a summer party or january parties to reduce venue rental prices.
