Do they look at "cost incurred and revenue generated" for every individual employee, during year-end? I'm sure they track it but not sure if those are performance metrics..

I ask, because the manager and up level (at least at ZS) have to attain a minimum annual project sold, but below those levels it's not as much, if at all, a concern

We look at revenue (sales and what was managed), that's always a good metric. But not cost incurred vs revenue generated. That is not a metric.

For everyone we look at utilization (chargeability) For M and above, we look at sales and managed revenue, but not extremely important till SM level.
