Do Top companies ask java framework related questions or technology stack questions? Like hibernate/ Spring/ Jpa etc? Or just are they just focus on core technical skills like DSA/ Algorithms / OOPS? For the SDE level 2/3

A recruiter reached out to me a little over a month ago for a role with a start-up company. I went through the 1st interview with the hiring manager. I asked him if their were any concerns with me as a candidate, he said my technical background. However, my other strengths outweighed that concern.
I moved on to the 2nd & 3rd interview.
2:30ish pm I received a call about the job offer. Recruiter sent the offer letter through approval. CEO didn’t agree with decision & they will not move forward.
