Do we get a response after an interview, even if we're not selected? As I am waiting for a response from OpenText . My interview was last week Thursday, and I have even sent a follow-up email on Monday. Still no response. Shall I consider that I am not selected and that I will not be informed as well?

Hello fishes,
I gave my bar raiser interview at Amazon some questions I was able to answer and some of them my answers were not so definitive after cross questioning .
So my question is that is there a chance of me being considered for the role also I wanna know if someone had any similar experiences and still got selected your comments will be really appreciated .
Thanks

Hi everyone!
The startup I’m with is growing fast and we are hiring Tech recruiters with at least 5yrs of experience:

I’m with them now for 3 months and I never felt as psychologically safe as I feel now — our Head of Talent is incredible, so as our leadership team as a whole. We have a true collaborative culture, and I am learning a lot with them. If you have any questions, feel free to DM or email me at laura@laskie.com :)
Is a cover letter necessary?
did you get a response? i am in the exact same situation
Yes I did.
Courtesy, business etiquette and professionalism suggests that anyone who's interviewed should get a response in a reasonable time i.e. 1 week after the interview round ends. Many companies and recruiters, including some of the most prestigious, couldn't care less about common courtesy, business etiquette or professionalism. As a jobseeker send a post-interview thank-you email, ask when you're likely hear back along with feedback. Once done forget about it, move on to the next application.
