I need help in understanding what should be the average salary(fixed and CTC) for a supply chain manager in FMCG industry in reputed brands.

Qualification:
Engg+MBA from tier 1 College+ 1.5 yr work ex post MBA.

I have offer of 17 and tcs is offering 15 what should I do? How to negotiate more with tcs. Total experience: 6

I have two offers, looking for some help deciding between the two:

- First is from a Boutique Corporate Finance M&A firm. £20m to £200m deal size.

- Second offer is to do Financial Due Diligence at a Big 4 firm.

Which would be the best one to pick if I wanted to move to IB or Mid-Market PE in future in the UK?

What is a normal pay cut to go in house? For reference, I am a 5th year corporate associate making approx 250k base salary. I was just offered 180k base salary. Is it unreasonable to expect to be around my current rate which is “market” for my city? I don’t care about bonus or equity but know that companies place more value on those - my lifestyle/current expenses (this is short term - working on a big Reno) a higher salary so I’m trying to decide if it’s feasible right now or if I should wait.

-A top 10 firm $95k plus bonus

The HR from the top 10 firm said they have more WLB than big 4. But I think Big 4 has more opportunities than smaller firms. Which one should I choose? Thank you guys.

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.
