I am MBA (Tier I) and YOE around 2.5 yrs in FDD and Research combined. Now I started in Real Estate Acquisition Analyst for Big US property management firm (as a client and gives training of Argus to build models). But But, I recently got offer from Top Indian Bank in Financial Sponsor Group (FSG) as a RM....(ofcourse getting 40% hike).
So I don't know what will be my future ahead in any of the situation. Confused!

Currently 95 base / 30 bonus. Growth stage company offer of 90 base / 20% bonus / 10K equity, but w legit upward potential & add’l equity (1-year promote = 20% base bump & ~30K equity/y). (1/2)

My daughter (age 9) eats too much. I've tried telling her to only eat when hungry, to drink more water, etc on occasion so I don't cause any eating disorder issues. Ive never mentioned anything about weight, but that we must eat healthy and exercise to take care of our bodies. But she still eats so much (constant snacking, large meals, etc).
Asking for tips and advice on how to handle this without causing any eating disorders/self esteem issues.
