Do we have to inform HR if we are holding any offer. I have been interviewed at Infosys, capgemini and cognizant and i feel like as I have said I have offer of 11.6 and expecting more than that then there is no further communication from all these companies. As all my interview went well but there no further consideration could you please suggest what could be the reason.
