My mother was in a collision. Other driver admitted fault. Her vehicle needed and entirely new frame. She lost 9 days of work. She is treating with chiro on lean. She has not spoken to the other drivers insurance at all. Chiro said they will tell me when she is “done” treating. At what point should I reach out to the other insurance’s adjuster? Every PM job posting I see in big tech/FAANG requires a MINIMUM of 5+ years experience, and a large portion even require 7+ years. Most of the associate/rotational PM roles require 3+ years and some require 5+. PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. However, when I put my scheduled PTO in the Utilization Tracker, and include the Thanksgiving holiday and the Collective Disconnect days, I end up below my utilization target. How is that possible?
