I'm really lost in my career. Started out in ID and hated it, jumped around and made it out of ID to my desired area. Been at my current firm almost a year, but it's totally toxic and I'm likely being pushed out. Trying to make it work and stay here for as long as I have as I've jumped a lot in a short time and frankly I don't want to jump again. To folks who joined TCS recently or about to join in 2 week,

I have 2 months notice period, 35 days over but still my BGC status is "BGC Scheduled", I have already denied counter offer...still doesn't want to fall in a situation where I have left current organization and after joining TCS there is some issue with BGC. Need inputs on
1) How can we know our BGC Status before DOJ to be on safer side?
2) Does someone experienced BGC status change in iBegin portal before DOJ?

First anniversary- got 4 ratings. Jul20
Appraisal1 - got A band. Apr21
Sec Anniversary - got a default hike.Apr21
DCA cleared - got a CTC hike. Jul21
Appraisal 2 - got A band. May22


My question is since I got two consecutive A bands, is there a possibility of promotion to ITA in the next couple of quarters, heard we are eligible for ITA after >3.5yoe, if started from a fresher...is it true?
