Yes

They know they can't afford to fall behind in the arms race for talent, but they're also counting their pennies. Don't be surprised if they take their sweet time "considering" the situation, analyzing spreadsheets until the cows come home.

Hello, I am HR Generalist; 9YOE. I am making 65k with a yearly 5% MIP bonus.I have my Masters Degree in HR management and currently working on my Shrm certification. Being that inflation is a huge issue these days and also seeing what other jobs are giving their HR Generalist starting rate of 75k and up. How do I go about asking my company to look into a job pay evaluation and giving more pay based on what’s out there in the Market? Also, with having a masters is my salary to low?
