I recently quit my job at a big tech company with good name for a better job at a younger but still famous tech company. Now, 3 months later I’m not sure that the new role is as interesting as they sold it to me. I know I have to give it sometime and talk to my manager (I have shared my concerns with him), but precisely because of his answers, now I’m considering looking for another job. I’ve been at my job for 9 years. Haven’t had much experience in new technology as they didn’t want it in the company. I’m learning these technologies on my own. However, get turned down for interviews since I don’t have any actual years of experience.

I would take it if I don't get the first one but I'm a little confused as to what to do because the second one seems like it would start immediately but I don't want it as much as the first one.
