Hey sharks, I've put in my papers. However, the team is forcing me to do KTs while they have claimed the complete credits for my work. Can I claim that they can't expect a KT from me simply because they are the official point of contact for all the work I've done?
Would like clarity on the implications of this especially in Cognizant
I don' mind giving the KT either way.
What is your weirdest Omegle experience?
Where can I read about upcoming startups?

100% agree. I don't like my current work, but at least the time is nice so it doesn't seem that bad. A bad team can make even a good working environment feel like torture!
I agree that there's value in hiring for soft skills and training for technical skills, but there has to be a balance.
If they are skilled enough as well. I don't think personality is the only thing.
Absolutely agree. Also, I think people forget or don't realize you can be stern/firm with wanting results for a team without having to be rude or demeaning
Oh yes, true.
I'd rather have skilled, unkind people than kind unskilled people
