Unisom & b6 is super helpful. You take the unisom before bed and b6 throughout the day and it helps immensely. It’s some of the same active ingredients in prescription anti nausea medications. Super common and you can find tons of articles on Google discussing the safety/effectiveness. I also liked preggie pop drops (can get from target).
Aside from that, whatever you can stomach normally helps. My first pregnancy, it was yellow Gatorade, goldfish, clementines and ginger ale. My second pregnancy was the same but my third pregnancy was purple Gatorade, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and multigrain Cheerios. Don’t feel bad for eating whatever random things sound good to you. The key is to never get too hungry, or you will likely make your nausea worse. Just a few crackers can even help!
I agree with this. For me though unisom made drowsy so I usually break it in half and take with B6.

I found having an empty stomach made it worse so kept oyster crackers and cliff bars next to the bed to literally eat as soon as I woke up. There are Rx remedies but not sure if your OB will prescribe that early. Good luck, the nausea is the worst
Agreed- I had a small but constant stream of saltines and mint tea that got me through first trimester, and never letting my stomach get empty was clutch

6 weeks pregnant and have mild morning sickness every now and then. Couple of things that helped me immensely
a) Not having an empty stomach. I noticed that whenever I hadn’t eaten in a while, sickness got worse. So I started eating multiple times in a day. Snacks like Dates, Dried mangoes, fruits, crackers, etc.. whatever you feel like eating. (It’s fine if you don’t feel like eating healthy)
b) Moving fast also triggered morning sickness for me. So, I made sure to not make quick motions
c) Taking plenty of rest when nausea hits
I can’t stress enough on snacking in between meals. Helped me so much. Hope it will get better for you soon!
I had the same experience. Popsicles, the ones made with some fruit in them, helped me a lot. I agree with trying to keep something in your stomach like oatmeal, greek yogurt, crackers, butter noodles, etc to help make you less nauseated.
Ginger tea and ginger candy helps ( I hated it before). Most morning sickness goes away by week 15th.
Ginger chews
I am so sorry- that is the worst. Sour things can be so helpful- as others said- keeping something in your stomach helps- and then sucking on lemons or pickles can help. Listen to your body and eat what sounds good- hope you feel better soon!
The B6 and unisom combo works some. I took mine together.
Ginger snaps

If you try the Unisom and B6 combo I’d start slowly unless you know you tolerate sleep aids well - I took a whole Unisom the first time and woke up veeeerrry confused 16 hours later. A quarter of a pill was plenty for me.
I had to take prescription anti sickness which helped a lot. Don’t suffer unnecessarily, medication won’t harm your baby
My doctor prescribed me something and it still didn't work 100%. As soon as I ran out, my morning sickness came back in full force for a week. I had morning sickness all day for about 3 months.
