How soon can you take vacation at Deloitte? Does your vacation start accruing from the day you join or is it a lump sum amount that’s given to you in a year? Is there a probation period or something for the first 3-6 months? What do folks do when they have a doc appointment or some other short engagement? Is it okay to just post a message on internal chat saying you’re stepping away for an hr or something similar?
