ADVICE NEEDED: I currently work in a WFH recruiter role with an amazing manager, she listens and is very motivating. My job is very very slow pace and a bit repetitive. I got a job offer for 10k more plus a bonus structure but it is hybrid and travel is required. How do you guys actually deal with the stress from our jobs? And please don't give me the "I work out" or I "Go for runs" tropes..that stuff does not help with the day to day stress of our industry. How do you guys deal with it on a daily basis?
