Why does this bother you? Most firms have a cap on the # of hours you can record, and it's typically 40 a week. Assuming it's the same for Deloitte, you don't get any benefits by charging 8 extra hours on a working weekend. If anything, you are creating an internal accounting problem for the firm.
We all signed up for this job, knowing it won't be a 9-6 job, so why does it bother you?

We price on the assumption that we work 40 hours a week and we charge our clients accordingly. Of course, the actual hours almost always end up being much more than that. Most firms don't track the actual # of hours because it frankly doesn't matter to their financials. Some do - as a measure to understand how much their staff work or as a result of legal requirements - but when you charge more than 40 hours a week, you are effectively triggering your firm to charge your client more than 40 hours. When the firm doesn't, it may recognize it as a loss (so it may create an accounting issue, even though there's no impact on the actual revenue or margins).
I get that you are upset because you feel like putting hours is the way to get the recognition for your weekend work, but it's a norm in our industry that some weekend work is expected. It's just a bit strange that someone expects to get the recognition for the weekend work this way.
You may not be able to record it on a timesheet but you can try ask for personal time off in lieu of the work you are doing on weekends.
Oh! That is unfortunate and a little annoying. I guess then the best way out is to wiggle out of weekend work 😊
Deloitte has the provision of floating days - days off in lieu of weekends / days off spent working
