Hell yes. Those are the best calls
(Also, I like how it’s all managers saying yes so far)
Yes and add some extra prep time to the beginning
I love you

No, as then I have to eat time elsewhere, and there is actually a code Existing client relationships or Training. If you sat in a meeting and did nothing, most likely it was to train you.
Don’t. Eat.Time
Aren’t you supposed to multitask during that time?? 🧐
This is the way

Yes, unless you’re a manager or SM when the partner does all the talking. You just eat the time to improve margins 😅

It was a joke, but dealing with audit teams getting upset about our charged hours/budget is probably the worst part of the job other than working until 2-3 in the morning every night during busy season. You kill yourself working on their accounts and then they get mad at you about the hours. I’m in tax and they lower our budget every year and then flip when we go over budget. If we went over our budget when it was 30% higher, there is no way we’re gonna stay under now.
Yes, and I charge them twice if my dog is in the room.
As also a manager yes.

Yes. And work on something else while they're going depending on my involvement. Call that double time
Absolutely. I don't have too many of those now, but when I do, and when I had a lot more of them in the past, always charged my time.
Yes, especially because I'm the one who knows the details of the documentation received. A question comes up about a lease agreement or somethibg? I'm there to answer. It's about my availability to answer the detailed questions if/when they come up, and the ability to quickly bring up relevant documentation.
Charge the time plus pain and suffering
100%
Haha yea. If you are on an call it is client billable.
Do it.
Its gonna be your boss to decide if they want to write that off
Yes because i have to take down notes
I charge the client when they don’t show up
