I consider Nebraska, Kansas, OK the Great Plains rather than the Midwest
Colorado folks would lose their mind at being called Midwest. CO is too cool, too fit, too rich and too hip to be Midwest.

Issue is, everyone from the Midwest has moved here, it’s a battle ground between West Coast, southern and Midwest. Coupled with the historic western portion

I'm surprised MN is slightly lighter in color.
Midwest is WI, IL, MN, MI, IA, IN, and sometimes OH... but only sometimes.
Surprised WI is lighter in color. WI makes it to so many movies series as the best example of the midwest

These things always crack me up as to how there is nowhere that is 100%. Seriously, how do people actually think Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana are not Midwest? What else could they be? If they’re not Midwest, what is?
A couple years ago there was one on the South and even Alabama and Georgia were not 100%.

Some people consider them part of the Great Lakes region. It’s just a meaningless regional categorization
OH, PA & MI are more Rust Belt than Midwest.
KY & WV are step children of multiple regions...

KY is considered mid-west. We also are a melting pot of Northern and Southern people.

Remove PA, WV, OK, MT, WY, and CO and then you have the Midwest
