Do you rely more on outbound outreach/leads or focus on inbound leads?

Inbounds are better but much less than the amount of outbound leads I have. I hyper focus on inbounds when they exist and fill the gaps with outbound.

So most of my leads are generated for me, I do very very very little self generation and it’s usually when I cross a potential lead that looks like a good fit and I see in saleforce no one is working them, but that’s like 1% of my leads. I have an awful conversion rate from email so I don’t spend a whole lot of time cold emailing, but that’s likely industry specific being in food tech.

Hello All,

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current organization email. But, I am leaving the company in one week. Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).

Health tech company with a semi-luxury D2C service, $1k - $3k price point. Semi Brand Recognition with FB + IG marketing to generate leads in the Bay Area.

Leads are redirected to our website, which is optimized for self-service and conversion.

After a day, unconverted leads are assigned to outbound SDR team. They’ll get around 750 leads per month, converting at a 5% conversion rate.

Recruiter lied about interview process and job type. First interview goes well and interviewer tried to schedule me for in-person interview first thing next morning. My manager casually threw out that she had an exec tell her it’s fine if she wants to close my division down next year. We are a niche team in a large company. I asked her to clarify as I am worried about my team (and me) she said we would be “well taken care of” as in receive severance…she was so casual about it and said she didn’t know what she would do - we’re performing well, but it’s a small market.
