Sometimes but sometimes it's kinda just junk. Like the pens + pamphlets are never great. But the mugs, t-shirts, chargers, those aren't too bad.

I understand what you mean.

We did get a yeti thermos a few Christmas’s ago, that I still use almost weekly!

A Yeti is nice.

Anyone here work for MLB?

Hi all, wondering if any recruiters can offer advice about the following: current job is miserable and want to leave immediately even though I don’t have another opportunity lined up yet . There’d be gap on my resume between positions- would the gap on my resume be a red flag?

Folks with a smaller 🍆 - how do you deal with it? 75% of the time I am fine with it, but sometimes just get sad that there isn’t anything I can do about it. Looks are a big thing in the gay community and I know that I will always be judged by its size (even if people say they don’t judge)

I found an old coworker on Hinge and I would love to send some flirty vibes his way. We are also FB friends, but not close enough for me to randomly ask to hang out. Would matching him be creepy?

Like = Yes, support the law students during this difficult time!

Comment = Over my cold, lifeless body will I support anyone not suffering the same amount I did.

I started casually exploring a switch brand or tech side from an agency role back in the spring and applied for five jobs on a whim. I was contacted and interviewed for all five, and a finalist for one. I decided to get serious about making a move. I’ve since applied for 50+ roles and not been so much as contacted for a single one. Yes, they are relevant and I’m not doing anything differently. Has the market heated up that much more or is it me?? I’m starting to get kind of down about it.

Hi all, anyone looking for Senior Tech Consultant in the US?

Desperately trying to transfer from Canada to be closer to my family, but having no success, even if I am constantly flagged as a top performer.

If you work somewhere that you would say actually has a positive/inclusive/safe culture for women especially: what are the specific things or people that make it that way? If not - why not?

Hello, I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over 17 years of experience. Primarily worked with the Microsoft tech stack, but also worked with Java and Python. If you know of any opportunities please feel free to reach out. Thanks!

Hi all! I’m an engineer working in the global health space and I’m finding it’s a small, small pool. I also just found out that a new hire (male, also an engineer) is the reason I got a raise after ~5 years of stagnancy. I love my job, but it’s time to move on. Anyone who’s worked in nonprofit spaces - did you stay? Did you switch to consulting/government/etc or go corporate? I’ve been applying without much response, and I’m debating whether a PMP very or masters is going to be necessary.

What, if anything, can be done to increase and encourage female representation in hired STEM positions? For example, should female and other minority employees have input on your companies yearly class of interns or new hires? Do you think women are underrepresented in STEM because of societal standards or because we have to fight harder to get hired? Having a bit of a debate with a coworker over solutions.

For CRAs (or any traveling position) out there, is it possible to be a new mom and CRA in the same time?

I’m getting a new boss and I get to interview them. What kind of questions should I prioritize?

I'm the only woman on my team in the lab, and all my male colleagues told me today they just assumed I would handle getting our boss's Christmas gift and card together. They thought once I had everything they could just sign the card, and that would be it. What's the best way to explain that this isn't cool without coming off naggy? If we drew sticks or something I'd be fine, but this feels lowkey sexist. Thoughts?

Hello All!

I am a graduate of Suffolk University, and I recently received my masters in Business Analytics. I am currently pursuing a career as an IT Business Analyst at MSU Denver, which I have the 30min first round interview scheduled for Tuesday, November 29th.

If anyone is or was previously employed as an analyst at MSU Denver, would you mind providing some insight into the culture, the interview process, salary information, etc. I would truly appreciate any help as this is a role I want
