Yes, of course I enjoy it. What I like the most is that I can help people to solve problems.

smart

Interesting that your experience is almost opposite to mine. I feel like people only come to dump problems on me and expect to be able to fix anything

One of the things I like the most about my job is the ease I have to use my free time and decide when I have free time, I am a freelance copywriter.

No really, it bothers me that customers always want to be right and that I can't do anything about it, because my supervisor won't let me.

PREACH! Entitled callers drive me nuts lol

I am a petroleum engineer, and what I enjoy most about my job is the ability to solve problems, I basically dedicate myself to finding problems in the subsoil formations and looking for solutions to these problems.

I'm a stewardess, and I have 7 years working in the airline industry, I love my job and all the places I have come to know, and the ones I am missing, I am even more excited about.

I work as a cook on a royal Caribbean cruise, although the work is very stressful I am happy when we leave the passengers on their last route and from there I just dedicate myself to relaxing, it is amazing the solitude of the ocean and how beautiful it is when you spend months at sea and you get to run aground on a paradisiacal island.

You have such an interesting job! It that a competitive position for cooks?

I don't necessarily enjoy it, but it's fairly low effort and it pays the bills so I can't really complain much

Yes I love it! I set my hours, give myself raises, do the jobs I like to do, and I only work with the clients I pick

Pros:

- fairly decent place to work (from someone who worked with the Vancouver and San Jose offices). never met a blue badger (permanent employee) who had awful things to say.

- Ashley Goodall (their SVP, Methods & Intelligence) co-authored a brilliant book on leadership and people management called “Nine Lies About Work” that makes me believe they can be an awesome place to work

Cons:

- red badgers had low morale since they’re contract workers and can be terminated at any time
