Any thoughts around going to big pharma (J&J,BMS, merck) vs. going to boutique life science consulting? Pros/cons - any insight would be helpful! TIA!

Applied for a SA role within A&M digital & technology practice. After a first round of interviews which was successful, I was invited to a VC case study assessment of 2 hours with 1 hour prep. Can someone please share some insights on what is expected to achieve on this case study ? What kind of deliverable and best way to approach this?

How do you keep a smiling face and fake a genuine feeling a connection/likeability during interviews when you know that, despite the interviewer’s genuine-seeming fake smiles and enthusiasm and warmest attitude as if you’re the best candidate and they LOVE you to the moon and back, the only thing coming your way if this doesn’t work out is a cold auto-generated rejection email or worse, complete ghosting. How do you even??? I know “it’s part of the game, just play along” but sometimes it’s hard

Just finished my online MBA from a school thats T5 for both engg and BBA but not a target school for MBA (no full time progs) and now looking to pivot to management consulting, preferably an MBB.
