Has anyone found it difficult transitioning out of consulting and to industry? Slowing down and learning at a slower pace has been rather difficult. I felt I became conditioned to become SME in anything and everything super fast in consulting. Now that it’s taking so much time to get up to speed in an industry role, I feel myself continuously questioning if I’m doing what I need to.
