I feel like I should but I don’t. Bill it all. If someone else feels like they need to write it down then let them. But don’t sell yourself short just because you have ADHD.
All the time, and I’m a fifth year
I think I take a similar approach. And if my hyper focus eventually kicks in, I’m definitely not writing off any of my time.
I don’t because I know I’m also way faster than other people on things, like technology, process improvements, etc. so I bill for the actual time it takes and figure it’s a wash in comparison to others.
Agreed.. There are things I am better at than others. I would not write off some of your time.
This is a very good question and something I struggle with mightily. I’m constantly writing my own time down even though I know I shouldn’t be. I just cant help it as I always blame it on my ADHD and feel like I’m punishing client for it.
