Do Data Engineers generally get much lesser CTC than Data Scientists and Software Developers at Top Product Based companies?

I am only getting 18.5 LPA (including RSUs) at a Top Product Based Company for 4 YOE, whereas many of my peers are getting 24-30 LPA for my experience level at my company. (some even lesser than me)

People are getting much more than me in Devops and Software Development - Both Frontend and backend.

Has anyone asked for a pay raise for the increased amount of responsibilities that was not originally asked or discussed in job description. It's been over 1yr and I have few certs. I made impact on my team. They value what I bring to them, but workloads increased more than my main role. I think it's fair to ask for a better pay raise. What do you think? Or should I just moved on to another company? What example information can I talk to my manager to negotiate? I'm underpaid ~14%. Need guidance

I'm 3.8 years experienced Manual tester with the experience of API and DB basic testing. I'm not having much experience in automation but I am learning.
I got selected in a few companies and wish to have my package to 70-80k per month.
But HR doesn't provide me this hike as from the start my basic pay was low and because of it I still don't get much progress in it
Can anyone suggest what I can ask or negotiate with HR to make it happen?
