I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.
I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?

I’ve been approached my by company (software) that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? After graduating college, I worked in a healthcare HR role for 8 months and then decided that industry is not for me. Now I have been in my new role for 6 months in a telecom HR role and am looking to leave as I want to relocate due to the cost of living being too high in the area.

I previously worked at a small Plaintiffs law firm (pre admission). At the time of hiring and throughout my employment, I was constantly told I would get paid referral fees for all cases which I referred. I did get money for some but the partner was SO bitter that I left that he has not paid me for 5+ cases which I referred. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do?
