Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. I gave my bar raiser interview at Amazon some questions I was able to answer and some of them my answers were not so definitive after cross questioning .
So my question is that is there a chance of me being considered for the role also I wanna know if someone had any similar experiences and still got selected your comments will be really appreciated .

i got some good news in my fortune cookie today!

In smaller cities, it can be a stigma. Especially if senior leaders arrive with broader experience from larger cities, agencies and brands. But “it’s not where your body’s at, it’s where your head’s at” (Paul Arden) so if you’re always curious, always learning, always open to new ideas, perspectives and ways of working, the stigma won’t apply.
As a creative in NYC, yes. You don’t look as cultured or well traveled. Maybe it’s a little different for me since I grew up here, too, but I certainly have gotten that feedback.
If you’re super senior then there’s no stigma
It’s been nothing but a plus for me. In NYC, there are a million agencies and a million valuable contacts to be made.
That’s the draw to the major market cities right? Sustainability. I understand both sides now. I chased the work earlier in my career. The city didn’t matter as much then. Priorities change a little the older you get and the more your life situation changes.
No stigma. I don’t even consider that when I look at books. You gotta live somewhere!
Yes especially if it’s a small city and non coastal
