Yes, no matter what they invest in.

I mean I technically COULD charge them but it wouldn’t sit well with me to bill on cash just cause I have a money market fund that pays well. What are you really doing other than finding a symbol. Sorry, just not right imho but I also know people who include their clients real estate equity as part of their billable assets because they “advise on it”. Joke

I’ve heard of it before and think it is ridiculous and laughable. But if you’re offering a service and people are willing to pay for it, then the more power to you!

Do you find that consulting is a good fit for ADHD? You get a bench, lots of chances to improve your work style and learn what you're good at. I have an exit opportunity with FAANG available and I'm scared to take it. I just got rolled off my project cause I kept missing due dates. What if I need to spend more time in consulting so I can learn how to control my Adhd?

I moved back in with my parents in August, and my mom and stepfather have demanded monthly rent. They are in no way poor at this moment in time, and in my opinion it’s f*cked up to demand your child pay rent. I bought a VR headset a couple weeks back and my mom increased the rent because “I can afford it.” Is this normal? I honestly feel used. Fwiw I’ve worked since I was 13, and hustled my entire life.

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am

I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)

Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

Hi Fishes,

My last working date with TCS is on 4th March 2022 and now they are offering me 80% hike and Canada onsite opportunity and telling that will initiate visa as soon as I take resignation back and also ready to provide written confirmation. On the other hand I have an offer from IBM of 120% hike fixed and performance bonus would be there which I am not considering now.

Which one would be better? please suggest based on your knowledge and experience.
