I have a file that I exported from Microsoft Teams that contains a task tracker and several columns of dates. However, I believe these dates must be formatted as text because when I create a pivot table it will not group them by month. I have tried to change the format of the cells to a date with no luck. I have also tried to use ‘text to columns’ to convert them, which causes Excel to crash. This is a small data set, less than 100 lines. Any suggestions? Can share the file if needed.

EY applied to convert my status from L1B to L1A in jan/21 (L1B expired in june) using forms I-129 and I-539. However, both forms have different processing times in USCIS website. 129 = 7 months, I-539 = 14 months. Does that mean it will take 14 months for it to be approved? 😨

Hi, just wanted to ask if my spouse can get H4 visa stamp even if I have not renewed my own stamp? This is the first time she’ll get the stamp. I cannot travel outside US to get my own stamp renewed. Will the US Consulate require her to show my renewed stamp or just the Form I-797 will suffice? I am just wondering if I need to get a new stamp as well or it’s not necessary? Appreciate thoughts/inputs Let me know who had a similar situation or if you have other info. Thanks!
