Now I'm mapped to some other project related to "Outsystems". I'm a bit worried about these Low code tools. Is it worth investing time for 3 years in this technology?

In over 2 years I’ve been on exactly 3 video calls all others audio
All cameras on, one for client call and others were various internal calls
I've seen 4 video calls in 5 years.

Was it spontaneous or a planned video call? I'd be annoyed if they suddenly ask me to turn on video.
Only video call arrange on LWD of employee..
Video call is not necessary but if you are in directly customer facing roles then turning video on is a professional etiquette as I have seen most of my clients in US and UK always appear with their video on.
Internal to the team I always encourage them to have at least one video call per day since it brings that missing team bonding back into action.
No it's not mandatory in most of the meetings. Just in a few cases, supervisor or manager may ask to turn on the video
