Sounds like you are between 25 and 30% of your net income for housing, which is within norms assuming you are not crazy spenders.
Although this is not an issue at this point, I think you should be very aware of lifestyle creep. When people have nice things, they want nicer things. Again, it sounds ok with the current numbers but be vigilant

How many bedrooms/ bathrooms/ sq footage
While the % of income rules are good starting points, think about what other major things you have in your life. Are your incomes stable or do you expect them to rise?
You'd be in the 25-30% of net which is certainly doable using VP1's estimate (which I think is assuming maxed 401k contributions and ~20-25% total tax rate. That would leave you with ~$160K in disposable income.
Does that feel comfortable enough for "musts" like additional investing, home upkeep, insurance? What about "wants" like travel, a new car, home upgrades?
