Do you guys tip concierge lounge staff? How much and do you expense it?

Of course you tip service staff. Couple bucks a drink. Expense it as tips

If I have small bills in my pocket yes. If I have a $5 and will be there 30 mins I typically just give a $5 at the start. If I’m there for a while I’ll give slightly more. Alaska Airlines lounges don’t accept tips, though. It goes to charity. Oh, and don’t tip in foreign countries, especially Japan, it’s an insult to them
