Considering most domestic red eyes don’t have lie flats, BCG1 missed OPs prompt. I didnt when I had to fly red eyes, but in hindsight I should’ve.

I always use a memory foam pillow in every flight - regardless red eye, international, local. Heck, the neck pillow is what is helping me feel comfortable after I strained my neck lifting this weekend.
If I was doing then weekly and didn’t have a great chance of upgrades, I would - I have an inflatable one I got from amazon that isn’t too bad
