I do this 18 minute Kundalini Yoga Kriya nearly every day. It strengthens the nabi/ core (Dantien in Tai Chi) which is our center of power and strength. The more I do it, the more control over my life I feel. It sounds strange but it works for me, give it a shot!

Pray, read, make my bed/clean my room, juice, cook for the day.
I don’t do any heady stuff in the morning. A walk outside, simple 15 min meditation or a workout is good enough for me.
Ideal morning routine is becoming this crazy fad . So don’t be too hard if you’re not able to be ideal
Hal Elrod’s Morning Miracle ritual. SAVERS. Scribe, affirmations, visualization, exercise, read, silence.
Yes I do. I read 2 mediation books related to recovery and Jesus Calling Morning & Evening. Then I sit quietly for 10 to 15 minutes mediating. I been doing for 29 years since I been in recovery from alcohol and drugs. It really helps me. Also I do make up my bed and make coffee to drink while I do my prayers and meditation. Then I start looking for job just moved back to this location. I could used some prayers.
Thanks 🙏🏾 😍
Yes! My ritual pretty much is all day! I start with meditation/visualization then workout, throughout the day I recognize what I’m grateful for, then at the end of the day, record in my gratitude journal all the big and little things I’m grateful for. It has turned my life around completely, especially after ending a codependent relationship!
