Do you have a preference with how you format your workpapers (i.e. certain font, special tabs, font size, colors)? I’m looking to standardize how I create my workbooks.

Calibri 11. What bothers me more than changing fonts is when some sheets or tabs are more zoomed in/out.

I like to see Georgia 11or 12 consistent throughout all tabs. No hidden columns or tabs. All data visible - column widths to fit. Gridlines only if will be printed.

Georgia 9. Think PwC Georgia is required?

30 days till closing and I’m entitled to 2 more walkthroughs. Sent preferred dates and time to realtor last week and she said she would get back in a couple of days. I haven’t heard from her for a week, sent a reminder yesterday and she said the dates were confirmed and she thought she had told me. I asked for a change in time as something came up, and she said she would arrange it and hasn’t got back to me yet. Before she would reply within 15’ to an hour max. What happened?

I just got a job offer for an Entry Level Software Engineer at Boeing in Saint Louis. The salary is $82,000 with an $8,000 sign on bonus. I was hoping for an offer closer to 90k base and I don’t care too much for a sign on bonus. However, this is a lot more than what I’m making now, and would be my first SWE job. Should I counter? If so, how would I go about doing that? Thanks!

Would you take a role that was lateral, semi step down, career wise if it had more pay and WLB? Most of me is okay with the idea I’ve just never done it before so it’s a little unsettling as I contemplate my move.

I started at a new firm this year in January. I had a billable goal that was given to me mid year of around 1750 house for the year. I am nowhere near that and definitely will not meet the goal. I have a question for those who prep individual tax returns.
