Do you have a ritual or song you play when you close a new client?

I have 11 years of Cognos/Informatica support and has done a course on Data science.During course I have worked on academic projects on regression/classification,time series and little bit NLP. Is the knowledge enough to switch to any company related to Data Science or need to get exposure on real time project?
I have to wait for sometime to get a Data Science project in my company(around 5 months) but my salary is low.
Is the knowledge gained from course is enough to switch?

Help. I work with 5 female accounts - all either an AD or senior. In every meeting I seem to be the only one with no support - either I work on projects that gets least attention or escalated attention (only to be fingerpointed after for not “sharing at the right time”), no back-up when I am ooo/sick, no support when a client asks for things I clearly had been waiting their internal approval about, and apparently everything I do is wrong or met with eye roll when I ask for review. What do I do?
