Morning or not at all
Yes and that’s the only way I’ve found consistency

6:30 am during the week [4 days], 7:30 am weekends [1 or 2 days]
First thing in the morning after my daily probiotic. Get it in while you’re groggy and you feel the benefits all day. We’ve been using Sydney Cummings YouTube channel and used to do three days a week and are now hitting it six days a week. It’s amazing what it does for everything in life.
Stamina and overall health, heck yea. I’m also half way to Abercrombie model.
Evening 8:30 pm about an hour before my gym closes
530 am on weekdays and 7am on weekends, baby. 👊
Generally evening but also squeeze it in when life gets crazy!
5:30am during the week and 5:00am on Sunday for long run
11:30 is my go to time, that way I can workout and have lunch then go back to work, nice way to break up the work day too, used to try night time but was drained from the work day to consistently go

And no, I don't change my sleep schedule or anything on the weekends. Just stick to the routine.
