So, a recruiter sent me a HackerRank assessment and I went to complete it and it was so easy? Is this a red flag or a shit test or something? Like there was a number sequence: “1234567”, and it corresponded to a word: “Surgeon”. Then it was the word: “Snore”, which corresponded to “36425”. and then I had to figure out the number that corresponded to: “Rogue”. It just seemed too easy, why even have it besides creating another barrier to a possible offer? Should I tread carefully here?

Hello, I am a TVC had a recruiter reach out to me a few months back and I wasn’t able to move on with the interview process because of the contract and was told to reach out when my contract was over. Currently I am one year out of school starting at around $26/HR with my on call pay being $2.75 an hour (we doing it weekly at my hospital) and we average around 100 hour of on call so it’s close to $300 per on call week.

-A top 10 firm $95k plus bonus

The HR from the top 10 firm said they have more WLB than big 4. But I think Big 4 has more opportunities than smaller firms. Which one should I choose? Thank you guys.

1. Amex Bangalore : 1.7 Lakh per month after taxes (27 LPA fixed + 2lakh variable + 1lakh joining bonus)
2. Luxoft romania : 2.5 Lakh per month after Taxes (15000 RON per month post tax , 25000 pre tax).
