I am a skilled nursing facility biller and collector for Medicare & Insurance, my job can absolutely be remote but the company I work for refuses to allow employees to work remotely. I’ve been with this company for 10 years and am looking elsewhere to find the same position but remote so I can move out of state. Noticing that other companies don’t pay billers well, making me feel stuck. This job is a lot harder than people realize and feeling like I already don’t get paid enough. Any advice?

At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common? What should I expect to make while managing $9mil a year in production. While writing I was posting $40k monthly. Current CTC : 7.5 lacs (Indore location)
