Hi!! I’ve spent the last four months trying to land a job as a healthcare analyst/consultant and I’ve not been successful thus far. I’m a published author of two manuscripts at ACS, have experience in both clinical and basic science research, have worked in the field as a EMT and have many other experiences that will allow me excel. I’ve applied to @LEK ZS Associates Mercer and many more companies. Id so appreciate anyones help in this process. Thank you in advance!!
Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!
CGI

Would it be a bad idea to expense a meal at Hooters?
Yes. Have to be employed full year at time of birth to be eligible.
Correct. The policy is followed pretty strictly so make sure you count your days right.
You will get 6 weeks(Fmla) + 3 weeks ( vacation) , if you haven’t completed 1 year of service .
You get around 4 months , if you complete 1 year of service.
Youre a manager at ey ?
No, but currently have an offer from them and I am thinking of starting a family next year. (So it might be less than the full 12 months before I have the baby)
Same for paternity leave?
Yes. No diff in policy
I had a baby at 9 months after hire. Can confirm no 4 month leave.
Lol FMLA is a government mandated policy. Not EY. Companies just apply the rules set by FMLA. Sure, they could provide early but they already go above and beyond in paying it for 16 weeks, which is far more than most American companies
Fmla is not required to be paid.
