I have an offer from Accenture, EY GDS and Capgemini. Which company should be a better one? I'm mostly planning Accenture as it's giving the highest package in total and in fixed. Both Accenture and Capgemini hired for retail domain project account and EY GDS told finance domain but not for a specific account. Please suggest something. Accenture EY Gds Capgemini

I do. I think the client should be informed. Doesn't mean I cant do it, but think candor with a client is important. Never had it be a problem. People appreciate honesty and humility.
I agree. I don’t make a big deal, but let them know. I also usually tell them a couple of things I plan to do to be sure I get it right ( research, check with colleague, etc.). I haven’t had it be a problem. I also find clients appreciate the candor. It has even added trust a few times, since they knew I wouldn’t just tell them something to sound good. Clients want attorneys to be competent, but are wary of the ones that always have a quick answer and try to seem to know it all.
It depends on the client. Not many people choose to spend their money with someone who they don’t feel is “experienced.”
Nope. I just introduce them/tell them about the other attorneys/partners there and that we are a team. You get my lower billable rate with the benefit of 20+ years of experience in firm oversight
