Do you judge founders/execs if they are not physically in shape? I heard one unicorn CEO saying that it's a sign that they aren't productive/aren't managing things properly in their business or philosophy. But I feel like hard work is just sometimes a trade off for fitness, and that seems a bit of a singular perspective.

Every time I shower and take a look at my body in the mirror, I feel so disgusted and ashamed and feel like crying. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been. I can’t seem to eat healthier and stay on an exercise routine, even though 1 year ago, I was the most fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been. Feeling hopeless and very ugly.

I applied for and was offered a IT team position at a resort which pays 20% more and involves more diverse skills, networking, some sysadmin, potential .net development exp and scripting.

Current employer offers 21% raise and 30% coding duties. Dept head cannot give it in writing... coding is as helper to a consultant.
