I heard that there is a change in strategies to reach 50B revenue in TCS ,do you think will there be any change in Annual Hikes ,VP payment etc ? I have 7+ years exp and got an offer of 25L (21Fixed) from TCS and have 2 offers from other (26L and 28L ) but I am preferring to join TCS for WLB. Any Thoughts on this ? Tata Consultancy

A lot of them have them as goals. Do they actually practice what they preach? Not at my shop.
Yeah, that’s what I imagined and is why I’m looking for it in the mission specifically.
Consulting business is all about image, companies mostly buy the BS for CYA because the person at client who makes the decision and need to deliver something also has to answer to someone in case something goes wrong. Literally no consulting shop ever follows what they preach, it’s all about showing how they’re better from others

In terms of what? I could see a firm stating they recognize diversity may contribute to better results.
Don’t know that I’ve ever seen (nor honestly have I ever looked I guess) to see if someone’s mission is to be diverse. It almost seems like lip service if the mission is to have diversity versus recognizing diverse individuals bring diverse and better well thought out strategies or something. I could see the latter but don’t read much into consulting firm mission statements to begin with.
