I recently got an offer from DBS bank, there they have promised to pay 3,00,000 as one time relocation allowance.

Two things i want to know,
1. Do they pay this amount regardless of whether you are in the work location ?
2. Inorder to encash this amount does it require require to submit any proofs or what's the process ?

I have got a offer from JP Morgan, I had asked them for joining bonus which they declined but have told me they would pay me my annual bonus(pre defined in current organization) in January as incentive along with rest of organization. So I'm interviewing, have had loose salary conversation (talked about band but not specifics), and approaching the official offer stage. It's become clear the role is something I'm very well qualified for, but their pay expectations for the role are much lower than mine. What are your thoughts on paying PMI on a mortgage? I’m looking to buy a house in a year or two that are $300k. How many times does a kid have to hurt people before something happens? I work with a student part time at one school before going back to my original school. He got moved because of his aggressions. He hurt one teacher but she was able to just do PT. He hurt a para to the point of surgery. He also did something to the bus attendant but we don't know what. Dear Peanut paying companies (TCS especially), don’t you have some basic manner in valuing the precious time of Candidates? When you’re scheduling interviews, you asked about the current salary and expectation. Even though knowing the peanut you’re going to offer is way below Candidate’s current salary, why are you still processing for further interviews? Don’t you ashamed of yourself calling as a Recruiter? These are basic manners/commonsense, which you guys are unaware of!!!

After evaluated status in ibegin portal how much time tcs take to release offer letter

Hi guys, Its been almost 2 months since my interview happened. I got an email asking me to upload the docs just 2 days after the interview date. The documents are uploaded and also verified on the ibegin portal on 22nd Feb. The HR called later on 11th March for the basic discussion on the salary and since then it shows "evaluation in process", but nothing after that. The HR as usual didnt pick my call.
