bed bug issues in California… can landlord make tenants cover the cost of treatment? How to deal with a new associate that does crappy work. I show them step by step and they always miss something that I said clearly. It's getting to be frustrating. They don't have a nasty attitude but clearly are missing important things I bring up.
I end up having to do the work myself because they take an eternity to get the work done incorrectly.
