My boyfriend’s breath stinks and I’m not sure how to say it. I know that most commenters will say I just need to rip the bandaid off and do it, but I’m really bad at approaching conversations that may spur conflict or awkwardness. I think my partner is making my eating disorder worse. It seems like he is very conscious of weight or at least looks, and I feel like he often tries to deter me from eating (like if I mention a late lunch he'll reply that we're having dinner soon so to hold off). I'm not sure if he is even aware of it, but he knows about my issues so it makes me wonder. My ED also runs rampant so it could be all in my head. Does anyone have experience dealing with this? I want to say something but not sure how.

It is incredibly demoralizing to be killing myself slogging through diligence for a very complicated target, including drafting an extensive diligence memo, all on a very tight timeline, just to be left off all the interesting calls about the purchase agreement where I could learn b/c partner is concerned about the bill & doesn’t want to write off time. It makes me feel like I’m not on the team & am just a worker bee drone & I am way less motivated to do my best work.
