Do you link your linkedin account to use free Linkedin learning your firm is offering? I’ve always been weird about mixing my professional and personal accounts together, but I like to have access to Linkedin learning!

I just have one account, if I want to use the Linkedin Learning, I should link it to my employers.

Hi ladies! I feel I am ready to find a more managerial role: manager, supervisor, director, etc. I usually take positions I am over qualified for, which leaves me underpaid and not very challenged. However, I think not having previous manager experience holds me back as well. How does someone get manager roles without having manager experience? Someone has to yes in order to gain it, right?! Is there a way to phrase answers in an interview to get the positions?
