Hi fishes, I've joined TCS on 9th nov as a 2 YOE .Net developer. Since past week I'm getting project interview calls, I have given 3 till now, not selected in 1 and not sure in other 2. I've followed up with the interviewers about my interview , both said that they have given their feedback to their managers and if there is an requirement I will be called up. I am little worried seeing all the layoffs going on...can my employment be in danger upon failing in project interviews?? Tata Consultancy

Make $120k Accenture now doing tech implementations, just got offer 200k TC EY business consulting. I love my job, have a great WLB (working 20 hours per week, no travel, clear path to M in about 1.5 years) - am I an idiot for even contemplating staying? What I would be doing is more PPT/functional vs Onestream/technical which I do now.

I’d glance up at the camera but it’s also helpful to get the interviewers reaction and read body language
Yes that's generally what I like to do as well, to be able to read the interviewer and get a sense if what I'm saying is vibing with them
I think it’d be creepy to look into the camera. Doesn’t seem natural. I’d only suggest looking into the camera if you were doing a virtual/recorded training or something.
I stare intensely into the camera to glean the whites in their eyes. They will feel the fear, remote or not.
The key is to not blink the entire interview
What consultant one above says - 👆🏼👆🏼- mostly look in the camera with some personal glimpses of the actual person.
