Any material change needs amendment

It is obviously a material change since your designation is changing and so will your LCA wage need to be updated too I do not know if there is a change in role and responsibilities. If there is no change then it is not required

Is ghosting the new norm? I’ve been dealing with a senior HR manager at a company. She emailed me last Monday for availability for an in-person interviews. I responded promptly on Tuesday. Then I left a message on Thursday to advise if she needed additional time slots, I could provide more options. I sent a text on Friday stating if she had a specific date in mind, I could take a vacation day to accommodate. No response. She’s in her 50’s, so I figured there’d be some professional courtesy.

Hi, can you please share advice on how to best approach delivering your recommendation/POV on a project? I have been repeatedly butting heads with the account team where I recommend one way and they blatantly ignore what I say and ask other (male) members of the team what to do. after losing precious time on multiple projects because they go back and forth until they catch up to the recco I made weeks ago, I need to find a way to get them to do or at least consider what i have to say.
