Do you need to report that you are applying to/interviewing with an audit client of your firm if you are not on the engagement for that audit (totally different service line/industry). Also, will the audit client report to your firm that you have applied? Can’t get a straight answer on this.

You can apply and disclose once you get the job. The client doesn't need to tell the firm you applied.

I’m new to this startup and was leading a cross functional project involving several other product teams with dependencies. When we got near the end with E2E testing, I realized that none of the product teams really do QA: no test scripts, not logs of dev unit testing, no documentation of testing cycles – there devs asked “what do we do about edge cases?” I raised this to my boss (since I don’t manage those other teams) and he said I’m creating unnecessary stress for the teams. Is he right?

Big 4 folks how much of the work at your strategy practices are PMO type of work? I feel like most of the projects in my firm are just being a PMO for hire for a client project. No real strategic work a such. I'm still entry level though so just want to see if this is how the industry will be going ahead.

My recruiter told me I️ would be hired as an FTE after 3 months now they keep extending me month by month & the instability of not having health benefits makes me feel extremely anxious. I️ initially wasn’t interested in contract jobs but thought it would be a good opportunity for my career. Im thinking of sticking around but also debating looking for a new opportunity w/ more stability/clarity. Any advice? Open to anything, preferably a proposal/project coordinator role if anyone is hiring
